Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean all public areas with the proper chemicals/tools according to hotel standards to ensure positive guest experience
• Follow daily schedule of assigned tasks to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained properly
• Vacuum, mop, and dust as needed
• Empty trash containers in all public areas throughout the day and according to high volume time periods
• Replenish/refresh public areas throughout day to ensure adequate supplies for guest use
• Assist front desk staff when required
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests and their questions
• Deliver guest requests as needed
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues 
• Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
• Speak with others using clear and professional language

Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, climb stairs, and stand for long periods of time
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays according to business cycles
• Must be able to speak fluent English
